小圃介绍2023

『小圃』开始于2017年,由前侍酒师、葡萄酒讲师Ian戴鸿靖创立。是中国第一批由侍酒师创立的酿酒项目。最初的目的是以最朴素、最传统的方式酿造出表现宁夏风土的葡萄酒,去除人为添加的部分。酿造理念很快就转向了自然风格葡萄酒的方向。

Xiaopu was founded in 2017 by former sommelier and wine lecturer Ian Dai. It is one of the first winemaking projects founded by sommeliers in China. The original aim was to make wines that expressed Ningxia's terroir in the simplest and most traditional way, removing the artificial additions. The wine making philosophy soon shifted in the direction of nature-style wines.

从『小圃』的一系列宁夏红葡萄酒开始,橘酒酿造实验发展为了独立品牌『橘梦计划』。Pét-Nat的尝试演化出了限量、实验性酿造的『rebel's league』。18年开始酿造云南香格里拉的葡萄酒孵化出了Domaine de la Gyalthang 建塘酒庄。22年在怀来、秦皇岛酿造红白葡萄酒和苹果梨酒。

Starting with a series of Ningxia red wines from Xiaopu, the orange wine making experiment developed into the independent brand “Tangerine Dream Project". Pét-Nat's attempt evolved into the limited, experimental "rebel's league". In 2018, he began to make Shangri-La Yunnan's wines, and hatched Domaine de la Gyalthang Jiantang Winery. 2022 in Huailai, Qinhuangdao to make red and white wine and cider/Perry.
